To be a voice for The Urban AND RURAL areas OF Southeastern North Carolina. That can be archived because of my location. I live less than 5 miles from Wilmington (urban) I am on the Governing Board for Navassa (pop. 2800) which is located in Brunswick County. I work at a school in Columbus County which is tier 1 and largely rural.
